Send the actuator to the top limit, using the constants for homing. This effectively is a home task, but instead runs in the opposite direction.

Note: Without an interrupt or top limit switch, this may be a dangerous task to call. Use with care, as this task is intended for homing operations in the opposite direction instead of simply travelling to some arbitrary limit while respecting the upper and lower bounds.
